Sales Policy
Payments: Cash is always an acceptable payment. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, etc will have to clear my bank first before the animal(s) will be available for pick up.
Deposits: 50% deposit down on the animal(s) if you would like to have the animal(s) held on your behalf. Payment in full is expected before the animal(s) can go to their new home. If the animal(s) does not get picked up within a reasonable time as was agreed upon, the 50% deposit or any other deposits will be forfeited. If more time for pick up is needed than was originally agreed upon, then we can discuss a small housing fee to continue to hold the animal(s).
Shipping: Sorry, I do not ship animals at this time. However, sometimes, transportation can be arranged for extra fees between the transporter and the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for all extra fees and arrangements. If I am already planning to go to a show where you would like to pick up your animal(s), unless it is one of the Nationals, then no extra fee will be charged. If it is one of the Nationals, an entry fee will be charged, as I typically do not keep animals in my hotel room.
Local Pick Up: Sorry, I do not sell animals from my barn. I will be happy to meet any where locally. When picking up your animal(s), please bring an appropriate container to put them in. A trunk of a car or an open bed of a truck without cover is not acceptable means to transport your
animal(s). Please be sure that you put the animal(s) through as little stress as possible when taking your new pet home.
Refunds: Sorry, an animal’s purchase price will not be refunded unless something unforeseen happens while the animal(s) is still in my care. Once the animal(s) leave my barn, their responsibility becomes their new owner’s. I will not be responsible for unforeseen events that may lead to the animal(s) ill will. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that the animal(s) will be healthy before they leave my barn. Please read up on proper care for your new pet before pick up to ensure that you can care for your new pet properly. If you have any questions about care, feel free to contact me.
Termination of Sale: I reserve the right to terminate any sale if I believe it is not in the animal’s best interest. If I terminate the sale,
all money will be refunded to the purchaser. Does can be bred to almost any buck before they leave my barn. Babies are not guaranteed.
Discounts are given to youth or multiple purchases.
Babies will not be sold until they are eight weeks old and eating and drinking on their own. All babies have been handled daily. However, they will have their own personalities. Be sure when picking out a baby that the baby has the personality that you are looking for.
Unless otherwise noted, all rabbits will come with a pedigree.
